In this issue, the reader will be able to learn about several case reports such as extragonadal retroperitoneal germ cell tumor, an incidental case of a pancreatic mass during a nephrectomy, and a case of renal cancer of the collecting ducts. A casuistry of percutaneous nephrolithotomy performed at the Medical Center is also presented, as well as a review article on urinary retention, and Dr. Edgar Granados describes current legal issues in medical practice in Guatemala.
