In this edition, works such as that of Dr. Anielka José Marenco Centeno are presented, with the theme "Management of Emphysematous Pyelonephritis, 3-year Experience, Antonio Lenin Fonseca Hospital, Managua, Nicaragua': who won first place in the contest of free works of residents Dr. Carlos Pérez Chávez, presents "Management of calcified double J catheter in the General Hospital "Dr. Antonio Lenin Fonseca", from January to June 2017". Dr. Gustavo Adolfo Hernández Canizales from El Salvador presents the study "Risks and Benefits of Radical Prostatectomy with Urethrovesical Anastomosis without Suture''. Dr. Sergio Guillermo Pérez Chun who performs a complete review of the Incidence of Urological Cancer diagnosed at the General Hospital of Diseases of the Guatemalan Institute of Social Security from 2011 to 2015.
