EditorialAbstract
With great enthusiasm and joy we have managed to complete another edition of our magazine. It is important to recognize and give value to the work done by all those who collaborate to make this edition possible. It is a complex task, the only motivation being to continue supporting the means of scientific dissemination of urology in the Central American region. Above all, when doing pro bono work, regardless of having high workloads and specific needs that leave very little time for scientific work. Therefore, the effort and dedication of the co-editor, the section editors, the anonymous reviewers and, above all, the authors, who find time to carry out this noble work that contributes to disseminating the new academic knowledge of our specialty, are appreciated.
