In this edition, Dr. Castillero reviews the role and evolution of Multiparametric Magnetic Resonance in the detection of prostate cancer, Dr. Ibarra presents an interesting case of the use of body MRI by diffusion in the diagnosis of metastasis in said pathology. Dr. Orozco presents the results of a Comparative Study of the saturation prostate biopsy technique with the twelve cylinder technique in the detection of Prostate Cancer. Dr. González, also on the topic of prostate biopsies, gives us a retrospective review of prostate biopsies performed at Hospital La California, in San José, Costa Rica. Finally, interesting cases documented by doctors Rojas Shcippers, Peláez Coronado and Le Masson Toledo are presented.
