The reader will be able to enjoy several works from the two teaching hospitals in the country, including one on videolaparoscopic nephrectomy for renal transplantation of the IGSS and the experience in the application of botulinum toxin for bladder hyperactivity also in the Guatemalan Social Security. The General Hospital presents us with different interesting cases and their experience in handling them.
