A case of contralateral metachronous renal carcinoma is presented. A 57-year-old patient with a history of left radical nephrectomy due to clear cell renal carcinoma; who presents a new right renal tumor 3 cm in diameter. Therefore, a right partial nephrectomy is performed. The pathological diagnosis reports Renal Cell Carcinoma, clear cells.
