Incidence of Urological Cancer Diagnosed at the General Hospital for Diseases of the Guatemalan Institute of Social Security from 2011 to 2015.

Our population is ageing, according to PAHO/WHO average life expectancy is 71.6 years to 2015, and this implies facing the challenge of increasing the incidence of cáncer. The detection of urological cancer in Guatemala is very low, as patients usually arrive with advanced disease, in addition to having unreliable records to show the incidence of each urological pathology, in Social Security Guatemalan until the year 2010 initiates the electronic registration of the files and this allows us to know our clinical and pathological data.
