In this volume we have works of great value that will provide us with information on novel procedures. As is the work of Dr. Tania González and collaborators from Havana, Cuba. They describe the most important findings of 525 patients who underwent a lumboscopic approach for upper urinary tract surgery. It is an important casuistry, reflecting extensive experience in this type of laparoscopic surgery. Likewise, the work of Dr. Alejandro Vela with the initial experience of Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy in the modified Valdivia position for Renal Lithiasis. It describes the characteristics and results of this surgical technique. There are also the works of Dr. Carlos Marín, with the support of Dr. Celeste Alston, among others, in which they provide us with the clinical characteristics of patients managed with intermittent catheterization, as well as the experience with the use of Botulinum Toxin Type A in patients with neurogenic bladder due to spinal dysraphism. Both studies with more than 100 patients evaluated at the Omar Torrijos Herrera Pediatric Specialties Hospital in Panama. Finally, the interesting case of a patient who presented an Adrenal Ganglioneuroma as a histopathological finding after adrenal surgery is presented.
