Objective: To present the clinical case of a pre-pubertal teratoma in a 6 year 8 month old patient.
Background: Testicular tumors are a pathology in pediatric urology of rare frequency and the appearance in the histopathological study of pre-pubertal teratoma makes it even more unusual therefore its documentation and presentation becomes relevant.
Materials and Methods: We present a case of testicular pre-pubertal teratoma in a patient of 6 years 8 months, as an unusual anatomopathological finding after performing radical orchidectomy
Results: Surgery and histopathological study confirm the diagnosis
Conclusions: The diagnosis of this pathology is done by testicular ultrasound and serum markers, once it is done in a prompt way, radical orchidectomy and its cure rate and prognosis is good due to its histological lineage.
