Background: Peyronie's disease is a condition that results from fibrous scar tissue that forms in the tunica albuginea of the penis causing curved and painful erections, resulting in impairment of sexual function due to both erection difficulties and erectile dysfunction. Material and Methods: The Case presented below is selected from the database of the Urology Service of the Old Civil Hospital of Guadalajara ‘’ Fray Antonio Alcalde ’’. Case Presentation: This is a 61-year-old male patient who consulted for sexual dysfunction characterized by erectile dysfunction associated with dorsal curvature of the penis of approximately 14 months of onset. Physical examination revealed a dorsal plate in the penis producing a curvature of 87 degrees, verified on ultrasound of 3.3 cm in length. Therefore, the semi-rigid penile prosthesis is placed taking into account an excellent clinical evolution, in the post-operative follow-up the patient refers to 100% sexual function, with total sexual satisfaction of the patient and his partner. Conclusion: With this we conclude that among the different treatments that can be offered to the patient, surgical treatment is for patients with disease for more than 12 months and a deformity that compromises sexual function, among them the penile prosthesis is the best therapeutic option in patients with a severe degree of Peyronie's disease and with it sexual dysfunction.
