Male patient with penile hematoma of 4 hours of evolution, who prior to admission had sexual relations with his partner, in an energetic manner, at the moment of penetration, the penis "twists" and he hear a snap in it, he immediately loses the erection associated with penile pain, presents pain and hematoma in the penis.
