Objective: Report a case of paratesticular tumour, Cistoadenoma Serous of Epididymis. Entity of rare appearance.
Methods / Results:We report acase of a60-year-old manwho had paratesticular mass in the leftscrotum, after practicing thehistology he was diagnosed with a serous epididymis Cystoadenoma, a rarebenignepithelialtumor, as well as an hydrocele, decreased levelstestosteroneand erectile dysfunction.The treatment wassurgical extractionand administration ofintramusculartestosterone.
Conclusions: These types of tumors are usually accompanied by an hydrocele, when discovering an hydrocele + paratesticular mass by physical/digital examination it is recommended the extraction of the hydrocele and epididymal mass in order to avoid any unwanted orchiectomies.
