Case Report Less Frequent Renal Carcinomas: Collecting Duct Carcinoma (Bellini Carcinoma).

Morphological detailed studies and contemporary inmunohistochemestry tecnics have made new classifications on epithelial renal malignancies. Renal cell carcinoma, papillary and cromophobe represent 85 – 90% of all malignancies, rest 10 – 15% sporadic, familiar and less common. Collector conducts Bellini Carcinoma is a rare type that represents less than 1 %. It is frecuently diagnosed in advanced disease, at third to fifth decade, 40 – 50% presents metastes at the time of diagnosis , it is reported a life expectancy of 1 – 3 years from the diagnosis. We report a case of a 46 years old man with pathological diagnose of collector conducts of Bellini.
