In Guatemala, the risk increases that doctors, irrespective of their medical specialty, may fall into what is known as malpractice. Whether you work alone in the prívate, in the prívate and institutional and only in some institution. It is intended in this Editorial to publicize more on this topic to the Urologists doctors as to give them know some principle to avoid being sued for this cause.
